RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please note at this time we are not accepting returns due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The only case in which we will be accepting returns is if a product breaks within the first 10 days of use, e.g, elastic breaks off a mask during wear.
DELIVERY
VENNi is not responsible for any damage your package may be subject to after postage.
Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be posted and another 3-4 days for your order to be delivered unless stated otherwise. You will receive an email when you place your order and when your order has been posted. If your package has not arrived after 8 days maximum, please contact us via the "CONTACT" section of the website.
DATA PROTECTION
The data you give when you place an order is not shared or any way, shape or form. After you receive your order, the data is deleted, meaning you may have to re-type any data required each time you place an order. We are doing all we can to comply with the UK Data Protection Laws.
